Faye Elizabeth Winter is a recurring character on California Dreamin'. She is twin sister of Elliot Winter and sworn enemy of The Reef Circle.

Faye and her brother Elliot were born on May 23, 1997 in Malibu, California to filthy rich parents. As children they got what they wanted, when they wanted it. Eventually, Elliot fizzled out of this spoiled nature and became more calm and collected but Faye stayed this way.
Personality[]
Faye isn't a very nice person. She's spoiled and quick tempered. However, she'a coward and full of bark but no bite.

Faye has long black hair and dark hazel eyes. She has pale skin and freckles and is rather short standing at 5'2". She normally wears designer clothes and would never wear anything that didn't cost over $1000.
