Elliot Joseph Winter is a recurring character on California Dreamin'. He is twin brother of Faye Winter and sworn enemy of The Reef Circle.
Elliot is portrayed by Daniel Radcliffe and made his debut in the series premiere, Pilot.
Background[]
Elliot and his sister Faye were born on May 23, 1997 in Malibu, California to filthy rich parents. As children they got what they wanted, when they wanted it. However, Elliot fizzled out of his "spoiled rotten phase" and became more calm and collected. He still wishes nothing but harm upon The Reef Circle though.
Personality[]
Elliot is a very rude person, much like his sister. However, he is all bite and no bark, the opposite of his sister. He won't call you out in front of everyone, but he's not afraid to pound a few heads in.
Appearance[]
Elliot has short spiked black hair and hazel eyes. His skin is rather pale and he stands at 5'9". Elliot enjoys formal attire and a running gag throughout the show is saying he looks like an "Englishman", ironically because his portrayer Daniel Radcliffe is British.
